Any Private, Instrument, or Commercial ASEL appointment requested more than 2 weeks in advance must secure their reservation with a $250 non-refundable, non-transferable fee.  This must be paid by check or money order and is due within 10 business days of confirmation email.

There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled 48 hours in advance.  There is also no cancellation fee when ceilings and visibility are below VFR weather minimums or if the crosswind component exceeds the aircraft's demonstrated limitation.

There is a $500 non-refundable fee for cancellations within 48 hours for situations within the Applicant's or Instructor's control/responsibility.

I cannot conduct a practical exam unless the applicant has met all of the regulatory requirements, has received and logged the appropriate training, and has valid endorsements.  If you show up to an appointment and I discover a discrepancy, I will continue with the eligibility check, give you a "squawk list" of the missing items, and you will be billed at my hourly rate.

Cash, Check, or Money Order are preferred and I do accept Venmo.  A convenience fee will be added to electronic transactions.
